• What is the iSales return policy?
We at iSales want you, the consumer, to be satisfied with your purchase. Items (with the exclusion of the car seat bases, which are all FINAL sale) purchased directly from iSales can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Products that have been defaced, altered or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you in the form of a credit to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Can I return an item I purchased from one of your retail partners?
No. iSales will only accept returns on items purchased directly from iSales according to the policy above.
• Can I return an item I purchased from you directly to a retail store?
No. Purchases made through iSales can only be returned to iSales.
• How do I return an item?
To return an item, call iSales Consumer Service line 1-800-667-8184, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m EST.
You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returning any product(s) for refund. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. For your own protection, we recommend sending your return via a shipper that provides tracking and accountability if the package is lost in transit. iSales does not assume liability for damage or loss in return shipping.
• How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your product is received at the designated return address, we will inspect your product. If the product is found to be in unused condition and in its original packaging, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card billing statement.
• How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, call iSales Consumer Service at 1-800-667-8184, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m EST,. Exchanges can only be made for items sold by iSales.
